The comma and dot functions are reversed?

You can also use this function to make a number of the text number

With the text number in A2 you can use this

=IF(ISERR(A2*1),IF(ISERR("1.2"*1),SUBSTITUTE(SUBST ITUTE(A2,",",""),".",",")*1,SUBSTITUTE(SUBSTITUTE( A2,".",""),",",".")*1),A2*1)
