You want to have a cell enlarge when you hover or click on it?

Unless this would be a new feature in Excel 2007, there is no such feature in
Excel.

How about a toggle button you click to Zoom the sheet to 200% then back to 100%?

.Zoom = 200

To run the macro on a double-click on any cell copy this to a sheet module.

Double-click to Zoom, double-click to un-Zoom
