Is there any function that I can use to sort the data
and delete the unwanted rows?
.. need to retain data that has the acct code references in col D.

Autofiltering on a helper col reading col D might be a possibility... Post
some sample data (the acct refs) from col D to illustrate clearly how the
data to be retained look like.
