Default How do I copy a range in Excel without including hidden rows?

If you select that visible range, you should be able to copy|paste and only the
visible cells will be pasted.

If that's not working for you add an additional step.
Select the visible cells (and hidden cells)
edit|goto|special|visible cells only

Then do the copy|paste.

I am using Excel 2002. I have created subtotals on a worksheet. I can view
the worksheet and see only the subtotals (the data records are hidden). I
would like to create another worksheet consisting of just the header and
subtotals from the first worksheet.
