If you want, you can use a free site like www.savefile.com to upload your file.
Then post a link to that file in your message.

Be aware that lots of people won't open your file. You'll be limiting the
potential number of responders.

I would try to make it easy for those potential responders by just posting a
plain text message.

But the choice is yours, obviously.
