Does OE have no provision for showing full message headers?

It does. Select the message then right clickProperties or FileProperties

With Forte Agent I just hit the "h" key to see full headers.

However, a much easier/better way to read/respond/follow-up in MS
newsgroups is
to use Outlook Express. You get direct access without going thru a
website.
