Is "85%" an integer, or a calculation displayed as a number rounded to
the nearest integer? It may really be 84.5%, instead of 85.0%, and
you're noticing that 0.5% on the graph.

To fix the calculation, make it actually be an integer, using INT() or
ROUND() or one of the other truncating functions.
