You cannot have worksheets inside worksheets which is what you are asking for.

Could you just assign 4 ranges on each sheet to each of your 4 people?

If using Excel 2003 you could create 4 list ranges on each sheet.

DataListCreate List

And there is always good old DataFilter. Either Auto or Advanced.
