Default show all/pivot - 2 questions

Tools - Options - View and uncheck Zero Values. This will keep all zeros
from showing up on this sheet. Otherwise you are stuck with the ugly
formula...

1. Is there a way to programically go through the worksheets and show all
rows where a filter is applied? I don't want to remove the autofilter. I
have a macro that needs all rows to show in every worksheet. I don't know
whether there is a filter applied on any given worksheet.

2. If I'm doing a vlookup and the thing I'm looking up is a blank cell, my
formula returns a zero. Short of doing an if(lookup=0,"",lookup), is there a
way to return a blank?
