You want to know who will be 59 1/2 in two weeks time
Have a look at DATEDIF in Chip's http://www.cpearson.com/excel/datedif.aspx
This =DATEDIF(A4,TODAY()+14,"m")/12 gives 59.5 with the 1/Aug/1948 DOB in A4
