Assuming part numbers, descriptions, and prices are in columns A, B, and C
respectively, use these formulae on Sheet B for Description
=VLOOKUP(A2,B!A2:C50001,2,false)

and for Price
=VLOOKUP(A2,B!A2:C50001,3,false)
