How to count occurrence when there is an "AND" relation?
Please give a more detailed example!

I want to count the occurrence of a particular combination and the result
will be a 2D matrix. countif, sumif or using array formula, vlookup or
combining usage of AND function did not work, would anybody have any idea to
solve the problem?
