If you create a new Toolbar with your button on it, you can attach that Toolbar
to the file.

ToolsCustomizeToolbarsNew.

Give it a name like MyBar

Add a smileyface button from Macros under Commands.

Right-click on that button and assign your macro.

Make any changes you want to the button name or button face.

When happy, ToolbarsAttach.

Select and "Copy"

Save Workbook.
