Select Page Layout on the tabs on the ribbon. In Page Setup, select Margins.
Then select one of the four standard ones. If this is not sufficient, select
Custom Margins. The ribbon is very intuitive.

In the old excel you could go to page setup and change the margins of

and it is totally different. I try clicking on margins and it doesn't
