I don't inderstand what you mean by:
percentage for the calls and exclude these numbers?
Do you mean exclude the * and blank cells?
SUM() will ignore both * and a blank cell, (or any text in fact) so will not
simply SUMming the numbers and dividing by whatever you criteria is give you
the answer you want?
