SUBTOTAL with a condition
In that case you can use a data subtotal option or a pivot table
based option
Option 1
Data Subtotal - if list is sorted on UOM then using the Data subtotal
option you can add qty for every change in UOM.
Option 2
Create a pivot table based on your data with with UOM as row labels
and qty as values
