IF-then formula doesn't work
The reason you got an error is because as written:
=IF(M160,INDIRECT("V"&SUM(O2+1),0))
Your formula is using the 0 in INDIRECT to denote that you're using R1C1
reference style.
So, Vn is not a legitimate R1C1 reference so you get the error.
