Put your X value in A2, and then get your Y value in B2 using the formula
= -1E-10*A2^2 +3E-5*A2 - 0.015

With an X value of 36000 I get a Y result of 0.9354, not 1.01

Example: if X = 36,000, then Y should be 1.01 (or really close)
