Default Highlight Discrepancies

No, you can use CF with a formula of

=COUNTIF(B:B,A1)0

in column A

and

=COUNTIF(A:A,B1)0

in column B

Is there a way to highlight differences between to lists, but not change
them. Do you have to simply insert columns side by side and use
conditional
formating?
