An invoice template or the sequential numbers?

The Template should be under FileNew...TemplatesSpreadsheet Solutions.

You will need the TMPLTNUM.XLA in your Office Library.

If don't have TMPLTNUM.XLA(2002 and 2003 don't have it with their invoices).
