Default Basic Formulas not calculating

Perhaps the cell format for E4 through E38 (maybe the whole column) has
become Text... you can't sum text even if that text looks like a number.
Right click a cell with one of your "numbers" in it and click FormatCells
from the popup menu to see what format the cell actually is.
