Default Permissions

I think...select those two rows, right click, format cells, under protection
tab uncheck Locked. OK. then Tools, Protection, Protect Sheet, uncheck
Select Locked Cells, enter a password, confirm password. OK

Is there a way to give a user permissions for two rows only of a
worksheet..
There is nothing that we need them to edit except those two rows. Thank
you
in advance.
