Default Permissions

Select those two rows and use
Format Cells Protection tab
Remove the tick in Locked and click OK.
Then protect the worksheet:
Tools Protection Protect Sheet...
(and apply a password if you wish).
This protects all cells that were "Locked" - that is, everything but the two
rows that you unlocked.

Is there a way to give a user permissions for two rows only of a
worksheet..
There is nothing that we need them to edit except those two rows. Thank
you
in advance.
