Default Pivot Table Countdown

Hi Daniel

Why not add another column to your source table for the PT, titled Audits
Completed.
Use some form of Lookup to populate this column from the data on "your
different worksheet".
Add a Count of Audits Completed to the PT, then you will see both.

for them to enter the date, once completed. Is their a way to make the

table to subtract one (1) from the total count each time a date is entered

the "Date Completed" field so that shows a true count of remaining audits?
