Missing icons for "Paste Values", "AutoFit Column Width", and many other
popular commands are among the many shortcomings of Excel 2007.

Another fun trick is to watch the Sort dialog grow to full screen. Select
"Sort" and adjust the dialog to a good size (i.e. the smallest). Then Cancel,
Sort, Cancel, Sort a few times and the dialog magically grows to fill the
screen.

Neither of these bugs was fixed in the 218 megabyte Service Pack 1.
