Default how to combine two data source into one pivot table

Chances are for what you want to do you are going to have to merge the two
data sources together prior to creating the pivot. MS Access is good for
doing that kind of thing (if you are fimiliar with Access). Otherwise you
will have to create a single data source somewhere in XL (which may require a
bunch of manipulation).
