On the face of it ..

1. Right-click on the vcr-like arrows at the bottom left, just to the left
of the sheet tabs. You'll get a pop up sheet menu to quickly go to any
visible sheet.

2. If sheet is hidden, you could try clicking Format Sheet Unhide
