Try this:

=IF(ISERR(SMALL(IF(COUNTIF(Rng,Rng)1,ROW(INDIRECT ("1:"&ROWS(Rng)))),ROWS($1:1))),"",INDEX(Rng,SMALL (IF(COUNTIF(Rng,Rng)1,ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&ROWS(Rng) ))),ROWS($1:1))))

ctrl+shift+enter, not just enter
copy down as far as needed
