Default How do I insert a spinner (spin box) in Excel 2007?
I am familiar with spinners and their use in Excel 2003 but can not find
ANYTHING in Excel 2007 re. 'forms toolbar' 'spinner' or 'spin box'.

Can anyone guide me to this little gem or is it lost and gone forever?
