One way is to autofilter col B (S-LTDATE) for dates <= 31-Dec-04, then
select/copy the filtered rows and paste special as values on another sheet

I have a database that i'm working on. There are 5000 contacts. I have
to
figure out if a contact has had their car serviced in december to receive
a
svc. letter or if they have had their car serviced after 12/04. Some of
them
have dates in dec. and after. Should i be using the =EXTRACT function...
or
the IF function? I am lost....please help.! thanks!!
