How about locking the cell with the "=TODAY()" function in it and then
protecting the worksheet so they can't change that cell?

Doh! They quickly worked out they only needed to change the date on the
computer to see all the incentives (fortunately not the real ones, as I
thought I better try it first!)

Without sending a new one every day, is there a better way to do this?
