I don't really understand what is is that you want.

I receive a truck on tuesdays. The problem is that I need to show a total
amount of what is in the store on Friday nights.


Isn't that the inventory count on a Friday?

Example. Mon-x amount [ ] Wed. xamount
Fri.-xamount
