I don't understand. 4 colums of data summed in row 11 like this

2 4 3 4
3 5 5 5
4 6 6 3
5 76 7 6
6 5 5 7
7 4 6 5
8 3 4 3
9 23 3 3
8 54 4 3
53 183 47 44

A marker is enter in column 5. What is summed next and where?

I cannot figure out the function required for row 11
