Hi Linda,
Is you data now in Access? If so,
http://www.accessmonster.com would be a
better place for the question.
If i have interpreted your question correctly, and you are in access, then
you will need a query.
How you write that query depends on the data you have and whether you want it
agrigated...
If you can post some more information about your data I will be able to help
more. (Say, top 10 rows)
Thanks,
Simon

I have imported a lot of transaction data from Excel. Many transactions
belong to the same account. However, it appears in Access as different
record. How can get the data of same account merged together. Do I need to
set up the table in a certain way? Can somebody help? Deeply appreciated.
Thank you,
Linda
