So then in a summary table below would be said formula:

So cell B2 would represent the MAXIMUM for phase 1 of the 205
(2/12/2006) minus the MINIMUM for phase 1 for the 205 (1/1/2006)
which
is 42 days. Etc Etc Etc for the remaining cells.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
