How do Ipastecopied text into only one cell of a row? When Ipastetext
either from a sentence in WORD or from one cell of a table in WORD, the text
ends up in multiple rows of one column. Which I then must copy andpasteas
an add to the text in the single cell.

Appreciate any help.

Related to this is if the 'source' cell is in a 'merged' format
combining a number of cells, but the 'target' cell needs to be just
one cell, the paste special command will over write cells adjacent to
the target cell.
How is it possible to prevent this from occurring either in a macro or
in a manual operation?
