Default Macros/Security Level

I am not sure why lowering the security level did not solve your problem, try
restarting the program and then trying it again. But if the Worksheet is only
going to be on your computer there is a second option. You can electrically
sign the VBA Project.

Microsoft shows you how to accomplish this at that address.

When my worksheet opened I got a message saying that I cannot run macros

I changed the security level to medium...but I still am getting that message.

Any ideas?
