One way, assuming data in B2:B14,
C2: =IF(AND(B2<B1,B1<0),B2,NA())
D2: =IF(AND(B2B3,B3<0),B2,NA())
Copy the cells down to C14:D14. Plot these as 2 series. Column C will give
you the trough and D the peaks.
