One way:

=AVERAGE(OFFSET(A10,,,LARGE(IF(A1:A10<"",ROW(1:10 )),5)-
ROWS(A1:A10)-1))

While it works fine, the only downside is that OFFSET is
a volatile function. INDEX should be the preferred
function.
