The easiest way is to open a website that has a table with desired
values in internet explorer, right click on the data table on page and
select 'export to excel' command. A new workbook will open and it will
be connected to that specific table on page. If you right click on
excel data at any time and select 'refresh' you will get the new
values. You can also set that data to autoupdate at a time interval.
