Update to this month old thread. I have rebuilt a facsimile
of the old toolbar menu with a customized Quick Access Toolbar
(#qat) based on previous information in this thread using macros
from Ron de Bruin and by including my own lists of macros in the
sample from Ron's site. Macros to recreate the tree structure of
the menu from older Excel versions (also works for Excel 2007) can
