=SUMPRODUCT(--(INT((MONTH(ROW(INDIRECT(A1&":"&B1)))+2)/3)=1),--(YEAR(ROW(INDIRECT(A1&":"&B1)))=YEAR(TODAY())))

I need to check around 200 voyages at a time.

Is there an easy way?
