Hi

Try using Advanced Filter instead to extract data from the main sheet to
individual sheets.

Thanks for for the auto filter, I use this at the moment, but there is
some sensitive information that should not be available for everyone and
I have to supply each employee with their own xl sheet to make comments
on and keep updating with the own development plan. Hence I need to
transfer the data to individual work sheets.
