Do you really mean 'borders'?
Have you added borders to certain cells?
Try making the border thicker - it could be a printer resolution problem.
Do the borders appear in PrintPreview?

Or do you mean 'gridlines' - the lines that demark cells?
In the later case: File | Page Setup; open Sheet tab; click the Gridline box
in the Print group
