when using excell in a shared workbook, if one person saves the other person
editing the book dosnt see Person 1's data untill they them self hit save and
visa versa

have a shared workbook that has a number of pages including one that is view
only with a data compilation page

is it possible to make all the shared users workbooks update when each
person saves the workbook thus creating a permanatly updated compliation page

or is their such a option as a timed save so say save the 2nd workbook every
5 min or so and hence update
