When one of our employees opens a specific Excel template we created, it
doesn't open right up. She has to go to Window/New Window to get it to
display. The file is stored on the server and it opens fine on every other
computer. She has even tried pulling the file onto her hard drive and
opening it from there, but it does the same thing.
