You can do it manual but maybe my add-in is a good option

Manual:
Right click on the sheet tab and choose "Move or Copy"
Check the "Create a copy" check box and choose new workbook in the "To Book" dropdown

Now you have a new workbook and can use the normal way to send the workbook
