Is there any way of having a drop down list such as the following:

System count wrong
Customer requested more than we normally stock
Out of stock
Item not on L.I.T.E list
Not a normal stock item for your branch
Vendor Supply Problem

but when ones of these are selected for a corresponding value show up in
place of it. As per following

100 = System count wrong
200 = Customer requested more than we normally stock
300 = Out of stock
400 = Item not on L.I.T.E list
500 = Not a normal stock item for your branch
600 = Vendor Supply Problem
