You have to save your Excel 2007 workbook as an Excel 97-2003 workbook -
Office Button/Save As/Excel 97-2003 Workbook. If you use the features of
Excel 2007 that are not present in Excel 2003 you will have
incompatibilities. Excel will tell you if you have problems when it saves
the file. Just don't use things in Excel 2007 that are not in Excel 2003 and
you should be fine.
