Double click on your Description field in the PT and select Show items with
no Data (bottom left of dialogue box)

On the other sheet I have the cell referencing a figure in total. The
problem occurs when one of the DESCRIPTION rows has not data, and that
will
then throw all the refencing out on the other sheet, because eg Rail may
have
no data therefore is not in the table.
How can I setup a Pivot that will include all the names in the DESCRIPTION
to show even if they have no data.
